Price – it's often the first thing we all look at. While it's not the only factor when choosing a supplier, we know it's an important one.

That's why we've researched our competitors, both locally and nationally, to ensure we offer outstanding value for money. We believe in transparent pricing with no hidden charges, so you can add your logo, place your order online and check out with confidence. Better still, most orders are produced and dispatched in as little as 5 working days.

Our Promise
If you've found the same product elsewhere at a lower price, or you've received a genuine quotation from another UK supplier, we'll do our very best to match or beat the price.

Simply send us a link to the product or email us a copy of the quotation and we'll review it as quickly as possible. We won't just aim to match the price—we'll also strive to beat them on quality, service and lead times.

To ensure we're comparing like for like, our Price Match Promise applies to quotations that are:

• For the same garment brand, style, colour and specification.
• Using the same decoration method (embroidery, screen print or transfer print).
• With the same artwork size, embroidery stitch count or print specification.
• For the same order quantity.
• Inclusive of any setup, origination and delivery charges.
• Supplied by a genuine UK-based competitor.

We're comparing the overall value, not just the headline price. If another quotation excludes setup charges, delivery costs or uses a different quality garment or decoration method, we'll compare it on a true like-for-like basis.

A Few Things to Note
Our Price Match Promise is designed to offer fair pricing while maintaining the quality and service our customers expect.

As a result:

• Orders of fewer than 10 garments are excluded from our Price Match Promise. Smaller orders require proportionally more setup and production time, particularly for embroidery, so our pricing structure differs from larger volume orders.
• Clearance, liquidation, promotional or below-cost pricing cannot be matched.
• Price match requests must be submitted before your order is placed.
• We reserve the right to decline a price match where the products, decoration or service are not genuinely comparable.
