Brand Identity are happy to accept returns within 28 days on all plain garments that are unworn, undamaged and in original packaging, there is a 25% re-stocking fee that will be applied upon return, carriage charges are non-refundable.
Please contact us in advance of returning any items so that we can issue a returns note and avoid any delays in issuing your credit.
Customised items including anything that is embroidered or printed are non-returnable.
In the unlikely event that you have received any items that are faulty we will accept them back provided we are informed within 28 days of delivery.
We check your products for faults before production, they are checked again during production and finally at packing stage to make sure you get exactly what you have ordered.
